- Responsible for Manage end to end of hiring and training processes since workforce planning, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
- Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles.
- Recruitment tracking and update manpower.
- Assist training need, training master plan and monitoring yearly training complete on timeline.
- Assist and prepare documents for audit such as ISO9001,14000,TISI and other audit related with training part.
- Ensure appropriate documentation and training reports preparation and submission to government authority within timeline.
- Any tasks that be assigned by manager or/and company.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor of Business Administration or related field.
- Having 3-5 years working experience in Recruitment & Training.
- Communication and negotiation skill.
- Having experience or familiar in using Competency Based Interview Techniques.
- Good attitude, Proactive, Analytic, Service mind, Problem solving, Flexible, Teamwork and Able to work under high pressure.
- Good command in English or Chinese would be advantage.
