รายละเอียดงาน
•Understand customer requirements and offer solutions.
•Establish B2C engagement to perform cross sales function.
•To deploy the marketing approach and sales methodology through follow up, specify, tender to secure projects or new customers.
•Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
•Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
•Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
•Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
•Updates a weekly, monthly reports and improvement plan etc.
•Perform other job-related duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
•Ensure that your team is trained and follow- your guidance.
•Communicates understanding and support of the company`s goals.
•Interact effectively with individuals and departments throughout the company.
