Job Function/Purpose The position is charged with supporting Merchandising Manager and upper management in execution of the tasks including all the activities from product development to product delivery and to merchandise finishing products from contractors on full packaged FOB according to HBI standard and requirements. This person is responsible for execution of day to day sourcing task including updating sourcing operational records, updating @Task, coordinating bidding process, updating costing record, distributing color grids to material suppliers and garment vendors, tracking color approval and tracking sample submission and approval. List Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities •Assist the Merchandising Manager and upper management to achieve the company goals. •Support upper management on building vendor relationship. •Assist product development activity. •Assist cost bidding activity. •Coordinate tech pack, paper pattern, BOM, reference samples, digitals, etc. for garment vendors to cost. •Assist samples submission from vendors •Keep updated record of sample developments, fit developments, color and print approval, costing and ASP sheet submission. •Ensure compliance per the company’s standard requirements. •Follow the processes set up by the Company to achieve operation results. •Assisting new development and new style adoption. •Assisting production and shipment process – Order allocation through One Source system, T&A calendar and WIP management, on time compliance approval execution. •Issue and maintain/ update One Source PO in timely manner. •Manage changes on the POs at One Source system. •Update to @Task of their job assignments. •Perform any other duties/ special projects as assigned by direct supervisor.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor degree in Textile Science, Garments or related field.
1-3 years of related experience with extensive knowledge in garment field
Good in English
Good in MS Excel (Vlookup or Pivot)
Self-initiative, mature, responsible, good flexibility on changes, able to work under high pressure
