We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to contribute to the day-to-day activities of the Sales Team while supporting the Sales Manager by coordinating with sales activities in hand, and providing clerical support. The Administrative Coordinator's responsibilities include supporting the sales function and liaising with other Company departments.
To be a successful Administrative Coordinator, you should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. You should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and administration skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting Assistance:
• Collect and assist with reporting tasks for the Sales Director.
• Provide clerical support as needed for the sales department.
Supply Orders:
• Collect and process orders for all warehouse supplies, ensuring that stock levels are maintained.
Vendor Coordination:
• Work closely with vendors to place orders and replenish stock for essential items.
• Research and identify new items required to support our growing business.
• Seek out new vendors for these items, evaluating options to ensure the best quality and pricing.
External Agency Communication:
• Collaborate with external agencies to facilitate design work and related projects.
• Communicate with print shops to ensure the timely production of necessary items.
Maintenance Coordination:
• Act as a point of contact for handyman services, ensuring timely repairs and maintenance of essential warehouse components.
