Plan and execute integrated calendar, visibility programs, promotions and create new initiatives to enhance the customer experience. Develop a channel exclusivity program to drive business growth in Dine in and Take Away channel.
Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the organization and for new and existing products or services Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy and sales team Brand Communication direction and planning. Oversee the entire marketing including digital marketing, branding, and graphic team. Plan to implement a CRM system to create new revenue.
Create menu vision for the delivery channel. Planning NPD Promotion & Branding Communication. Coordinating marketing campaigns with the operation team and RD team for sales activities. Planning with food aggregator (Grab food, Line man, Own Platform) to deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales. Developing new innovative material and processes to solve problems.
