รายละเอียดงาน
1. Researching to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules, and quality.
2. Prepared documents for the purchase process (Issued P/O, Requested quotation, and confirmed with supplier) and submitted to the Accounting for the payment term.
3. Follow up order and schedule delivery.
4. Negotiate with vendors to secure advantageous terms and maintain good supplier relations.
5. Support stores for supplier problems and handle complaint issues.
6. Develop, manage, and negotiate with suppliers for cost-saving initiatives as per assigned responsibility by Supply Chain Department Head
7. Prepare various reports related to purchasing such as spending, cost saving, new product, and PO completed per month
8. Contribute to any special assignment as requested by Manager
9. Forecasting price trends and their impact on future activity
10. Coordinate and manage smooth communication for transactions between the supplier distribution center and restaurants to fulfill operation needs and support Customer Satisfaction
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree (Food Science, Business Administration, Logistic, Supply Chain Management)
- Experience at least 7 years in Food Industry Procurement.
- Good English Communication (Reading, Writing & Listening),
- Negotiation skills, Leadership, Logical thinking, Focus & Prioritize and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure. Able to be traveling upcountry & Oversea. Basic Knowledge of Food Safety Standard.
