1Reviewing our manufacturing specifications to identify materials needed for production.
2Researching, sourcing, and assessing the best vendors to supply the necessary materials.
3Visiting vendor facilities and observing the manufacturing environment to review and assess their procedures.
4Performing regular quality control audits to ensure vendors continue to work in compliance with company and federal standards.
5Reviewing incoming supplies and products from vendors to check for defects and ensure quality.
6Conducting tests and assessments on products to identify quality issues.
7Maintaining detailed reports on supplier quality, including defect rates and areas that result in flaws.
8Providing technical advice and guidance to suppliers to reduce defect rates.
9Serving as a liaison between our company's senior management and the vendors to identify quality issues and come up with solutions.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male-Female, graduated with a high vocational certificate in electrical engineering.
- Minimum 1 years experience in Quality Engineer
- Good knowledge and hands on experience on process improvement tools i.e. lean manufacturing, six-sigma system, Kaizen, ISO, etc.
- Able to communicate in English or Chinese will be an advantage
- Able to co-ordinates with supporting functions for the achievement of production as planned and work under high pressure and good attitude
- Excellent communication skills, good human skills.
