Customer Service Coordinator (Thai Skill)

เงินเดือน15,000-18,000 บาท + (Time Incentive + OT + Shift Allowance)

รายละเอียดงาน
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Handle inbound and outbound call from customers in a productive way.
•Handle product inquiries and escalating issues to client when necessary for solving customer issues.
•Handle outbound call for asking product and service satisfaction from customers.
•Perform other duties or special assignments from Team Leader or Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
•Bachelor’s degree in any field (If have automobile knowledge will be a plus)
•At least 1 year working experience in customer service or call center.
•Good English communication skills (TOEIC at least 550 if available)
•Excellence customer service and interpersonal skill
•Good Attitude
•Good Teamwork Skill
•Required to work in shift 24 hrs., weekends and holidays.
Work Conditions:
Working Hours : 40 hours per week
Working Days : Work in shift 24 hrs., weekends and holidays
Location : Head office
