Main Responsibility
• Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Attract and find the right candidates.
• Develop and execute recruiting plans.
• Validate and develop as well as reviewing job descriptions on an ongoing basis.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Build networks to find qualified candidates.
• Conduct pre-screening and interviews to find qualified candidates with Line Managers.
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Attend events or career fairs for recruiting and company recognition.
• Keep record all recruitment, activities and candidate information.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Human resource, Psychology, or any related fields
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities in order to meet deadlines.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR function.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Good command in English communication skill.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online searching.
- Positive thinking and work adjustment relationship with team.
- Solving problem, time management.
