-Implement store activities to plan and manage gross sales, including managing sales promotion, tracking sales, and researching for new opportunity, to achieve plans and goals effectively.
-Manage complaints from customers and propose to solve problems as well as improve staff operations in providing service following standards.
-Manage and control stock and storage effectively to prepare sufficient stock following plans and standards
-Maintain and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation.
