• Creating a Preventive Maintenance plan for the organisation’s equipment. • Ensure all manufacturing machine, plant equipment, Facilities equipment and related services are in good operating condition through effective preventive maintenance to meet the target • Support team to execute the root cause analysis to analyze a problem or sequence of events in order to identify what happened, why it happened, and what can be done to prevent it from happening again • Arrange planning to reduce process of working and develop new technology to work. • Manage Engineer Department to improve efficiency of machine and realize the production target. • Ensuring that Maintenance Technicians carry out planned maintenance • Implement plans for the effective use of material and labor resources to achieve manufacturing target • Completing emergency maintenance when equipment breaks down • Managing the budget for the maintenance of equipment • Keeping a record of preventive and emergency maintenance carried out • Maintain and planning to determine process of department to follow the standards , quality, and company requirement. • Have to follow rules, policies and regulations relating to safety standards, safety, occupational health and also to comply with environment regulations. • As assigned by the management

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Related field.
5+ years of Manufacturing or Engineering Experience such as Preventive Maintenance System, Manufacturing Management, Production Management etc.
Have experience *Packaging Business will be an advantage.
Has knowledge and experiences in the assigned working field such as condition monitoring, maintenance work process.
Natural Leadership personality and good decision making.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001, FSSC22000 requirements is an advantage.
Ability to perform under pressure and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Good command in English.
Good computer skill MS Office.
Able to work at Chachoengsao Plant.
