รายละเอียดงาน

•Manage all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team (e. g. internal, supplier, customer, and customer warranty) •Manage and coordinate customer claim, customer problem solving on time, cost recovery, customer warranty and customer quality audits •Identify root cause and instigate permanent corrective actions for product quality issues. •Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality issues that arise as quickly and efficiently as possible to prevent compromising quality and safety standards •Carry out product and process auditing •Ensure control plans and associated documentation are implemented effectively and maintained •Monitor and report on quality-related key performance indicators including scrap monitoring, rework levels, parts per million (PPM) figures •Stop production in the event of manufacture of unacceptable goods/processes •Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management system (IATF 16949 / ISO9001) •Write product inspection/testing procedures and/or work instructions •Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process, or system •Assist with first-off sample approvals •Participate in cross-functional teams in the development of new products or changes related to current products in meeting customer requirements •Participate in the development and refinement of Process FMEA’s (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) •Assist with training of quality awareness •Quality control of work by appropriate reviews •Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions •Produce written reports and make presentations •Independently determine approach and assigned tasks Working Hour: 8:00-18:00(Mon – Fri)

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Age 30-38 years
Any gender
Bachelor's degree or higher in the Engineering field.
At least 5 years of working experience as a Quality Engineer in the automotive industry.
Knowledge of measurement system
Strong Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001, VDA requirements
Advance conversation in middle-high level of English.
Can start work immediately would be an advantage.
Experience from 1st Tier automotive would be an advantage.
IATF 16949 Lead Auditor / VDA 6.3 Process Audit Certification.
Experience in the European automotive manufacturing industry is an advantage.
