-Conduct market research to identify new opportunities -Understand the volatility of the domestic market and able to create or plan a suitable business strategy -Establish and maintain business operations to meet projected sales,expenses,volumes and performance indicators -Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction -Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives -Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients -Contact customers and organizations -Take responsibility manage rental space to generate maximum income -Work planning analysis,feasibility study in accordance with the management of rental space in the responsible branch

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Male, Female. Age: Not more than 45 years.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing , Business Administration or related field
5-10 years working experience in managerial role
Experience 10 years in Feasibility study for new project, market Analyze and project management
In addition , they have a good understanding of the Thai market and consumer behavior
They can communicate effectively and have good project planning skills
Far-sighted and able to work with a wide range of people
English so well
