รายละเอียดงาน
1.Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and social media.
2.Track bad reviews and support cases to identify problems and resolve them.
3.Providing backup assistance to team members when needed.
4.Providing training & support to junior staff.
5.Recommend best practices to meet service level agreements and improve customer satisfaction.
6.Ensure all secretarial, administrative, customer invoicing, and chasing customer payments are completed accurately.
7.Take care of customers in the specified country.
8.Ensure that consumers traveling in the country zone you oversee receive the best possible service.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Experience in Customer Support or Client Service Representative.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Perfect written and verbal communication in English.
- TOEIC score (if any)
