รายละเอียดงานRecruitment Function
-Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to onboarding.
-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and create effective job descriptions.
-Post job advertisements on various channels including job portals, social media, and company website.
-Screen and shortlist candidates based on job qualifications and interview performance.
-Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment tracking systems.
-Support onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
-Assist with general HR tasks when required (e.g., employee engagement, exit interviews, internal events).
Time Attendance Function
-Maintain and administer the time attendance system, including employee clock-in/out records.
-Monitor and verify daily attendance, absences, tardiness, leave data.
-Coordinate with HR and department supervisors to track and resolve attendance discrepancies.
-Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
Compensation, Benefit and Welfare Function
-Employee Relation and Communication Function
-Create programs and activities for staff events;
-Provide assistance and support to employees regarding HR matters;
-Coordinate/maintain good relationship with employees and other departments.
-Dealing with the government for submitting HR’s documents such as compensation fund, etc.;
-To maintain proper filing system for smooth data retrieving;
-Maintain up-to-date personnel system on PC;
-Maintain insurance policies e.g. personal accident, surgery and hospitalisation, term life, evacuation, workmen compensation etc.;
-Attend to staff grievances;
-Prepare monthly headcount and medical expenses reports;
Employee Relation and Communication
-Create programs and activities for staff events;
-Provide assistance and support to employees regarding HR matters;
-Coordinate/maintain good relationship with employees and other departments.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree in HR/Personnel Management or a related field.
- Experience in engineering and industrial business operations will be considered an advantage.
- At least 6 years of experience in HRM & HRD.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Possesses a friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office (especially Excel), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
