รายละเอียดงาน1. Work with Sales Manager to set up annual sales target in sales margin, marketing activity plan, and marketing budget by Yearly / Quarterly / Monthly.
2. Responsible of planning, organizing, control and monitor all the sales related activities within the business along with the effective use of the sales pipeline process.
3 Monitor customer / market / competitor and working with Sales Manager to adjust pricing / sales promotion to ensure company competitiveness & achieve target.
4. Ensure to have an effective control of the customer receivables, according to the objectives established.
5. Lead Team growth in the key sectors and products lines.
Manage the Days of Sales Outstanding (DSO) and overdue with team and provide support for specific.
6. Provide basic commercial & technical service for team.
Lead team to reach the target.
7. Work together with the Sales Manager/Lube Engineer/Marketing resources to support the programs deployed in the market to effectively grow and maintain the higher value lubricant products and services.
