•Design training and development programs and material based on the company direction and business unit’s needs to enhance employee capability.
•Conduct training courses and employee development activities both in-house and/ or external.
•Conduct training need survey and prepare training need survey summary report Develop training courses as assigned and contact the instructor and training institute to create the course outline aligned with training requirement and competency.
•To handle training budget , costing and etc.
•Analyze and prepare monthly training reports.
•Conduct orientation program for new employees.

- At least Bachelor Degree in any related fields
- Good command of both written, spoken English
