1. Take responsibility for managing and controlling supplier performance 2. Support to create Monthly reports and investigate when needed 3. Handling of customer complaints, including initiating and control corrective and preventive action resulting from customer complaint 4. Other tasks related to customer requirements 5. Maintain good housekeeping of in-process work station through the conduct of at least the basic of 5S daily or as the need arises 6. Other tasks assigned by supervisors/managers

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Graduate of any Engineering Course or related courses in the field of Science (Biology, Chemistry, Food science, Microbiology)
With 1-3 years progressively responsible experience in supervising quality assurance and / or quality control
Experience and background in ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, 5S and Safety are needed
Knowledge in using relevant quality tools
With solid experience and background on the implementation of quality plans, work instructions, procedural manuals and other quality documents in a manufacturing industry
With skill in utilizing manpower and resources to achieve targets
Able to use quality equipment and evaluate quality issues
Proficient in using computer and basic application software in dealing with quality related reports
Good interpersonal and intrapersonal communication skills to properly execute quality procedures and address issues that are critical in operations
Good English language skills (oral and written)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
