• Handling of complaints / feedback to suppliers
• Establish, implement, maintain and improve quality management system (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 and future system)
• Document Control – Manage quality-related documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Reporting & Continuous Improvement – Generate monthly reports and propose process enhancements.
• Internal & External Audits - Plan, conduct and follow up on Internal & External process audits.
• Conduct internal process audit and follow up
• Audit reports & Actions- Track non-compliances, define corrective action, and coordinate with concerned parties (auditors, customers, suppliers, or plant managers/employees)
• Customer & Supplier Coordination – Act as a key contact for supplier qualification programs, ensuring smooth communication between ALPLA and external parties
• Workplace Standards – Ensure and maintain 5S and plant standards compliance for a clean and organized environment.
• Training & Awareness – Conduct quality system training for employees to drive continuous improvement.
