As an integral part of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Customer Service Team and handling interactions with clients and internal teams, fostering positive relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Service Operation Team and all Contract Logistic (CL) clients under operational side i.e. operations report, KPIs, operation requirements before passing through Key Account Management Team, CL’s quotations, billing verification, single point of contract between clients and others internal section i.e. Operation, Safety, Claim, Billing, etc.
- Handle client’s and internal teams
- KPIs set up for both external and internal
- Work closely with Business Development Team and Key Account Management Team on the clients’ requirement
- Any assignment from superior
