วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่ง (Main Purpose): The Process Engineer will be responsible for introducing and optimizing battery pack production process standards, as well as overseeing daily process conditions, conducting statistical analysis of data, handling exceptions, and driving process improvement. หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ (Principal Account Abilities) Introduction and Optimization of Production Processes: • Develop and implement standardized production processes for battery pack manufacturing, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize productivity and reduce waste. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new production processes and technologies. • Conduct feasibility studies and validation tests to ensure process compatibility and effectiveness. Supervision of Daily Process Conditions: • Monitor and evaluate daily process conditions to ensure compliance with standards and specifications. • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address deviations or abnormalities. • Troubleshoot process issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth process operations. Statistical Analysis, Exception Handling, and Process Improvement: • Perform statistical analysis of process data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. • Develop and implement statistical process control (SPC) methods to monitor process performance. • Handle exceptions and deviations from process standards, conduct investigations, and propose corrective actions. • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, implement lean manufacturing principles, and drive continuous process optimization. Documentation and Reporting: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of process parameters, standard operating procedures, and work instructions. • Generate regular reports on process performance
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
  2. More than 2 years of quality experience in the electronic or automotive industry; Priority in new energy industry.
  3. Male/Female , age 25-42 years.
  4. Preferred Specialist: Process Control & Equipment.
  5. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in cross-functional teams. Also, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Be able to understand product circuit diagrams and mechanical CAD drawings.
  7. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
  8. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques.
  9. Speaking and writing skills in Chinese are an advantage.
  10. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis, reporting, and documentation purposes.
  12. Strong observation, adaptability, and communication skills.
  13. Be familiarity with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) principles, process flow charts, FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control), CPK, minitab and other relevant tools.
  14. Able to work at Siam Eastern Industrial Park 2 (SEP2), Pluakdang, Rayong.
