รายละเอียดงาน
1. New packaging development of Cosmetic Products (Color Cosmetic, Skincare, etc.) based on customer's requirements and considering factory's production feasibility.
2. Coordinate with all related parties on project updates and feasibility, generating new concepts, provide technical, cost assessment, and timeline management.
3. To liaise with local and international packaging suppliers for new packaging sourcing and packaging development in order to meet customers product requirements.
4. Problem solving technically and implement package and finished goods specifications.
5. Seek for the new suppliers for both of Skincare and Make up products, Meeting with oversea and local suppliers. Secure good suppliers in terms of cost, quality, lead time, and service.
6. Collaborate with sale team and client on generating new concepts, and provide technical and cost assessment.
7. Technical review to source new package
8. Detail design of components to meet good quality as finished goods.
9. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, R&I, Production team, COSMAX KOREA, COSMAX CHINA) to meet on-time delivery.
10. To handle costing and technical objections.
11. To provide problem resolving technically, to deal with customer complaints and supplier controls.
12. To monitor efficiency and improve work process - conducting packaging database and report.
13. Take the lead in developing detailed packaging and finished goods specifications including standard sample, range board.
14. Any other tasks as and when assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 3 years of relevant experience in new package development, preferably in Cosmetic Products.
- Bachelor or higher degree in Science or Engineering (Ideally Packaging Technology).
- Good Teamwork, project management, communication and presentation skill.
- Good Command of spoken and written English
