Procurement Management:
- Effectively manage, supervise, and enhance the cassava root procurement process at the point of purchase.
- Ensure that cassava roots are procured according to the established plan and delivered to the factory as scheduled.
Planning and Strategy:
- Develop a monthly cassava purchasing plan and seek necessary approvals from authorized personnel.
- Analyze deviations from the plan and identify issues and root causes, proposing proactive solutions or reporting them in advance.
Vendor and Farmer Management:
- Evaluate and manage the seller group, including both farmers and cassava fields, in alignment with the strategic plan.
Sustainability Initiatives:
- Create and implement activities to support farmers in enhancing productivity and ensuring monthly sustainability.
Market Communication:
- Be responsible for effectively communicating market conditions related to cassava root trading and production, both internally and externally.
Data Collection:
- Systematically collect market and customer information for future analysis, contributing to informed decision-making.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement an inspection process to ensure that purchased cassava roots meet established standards.
Team Training:
- Provide training to your team, ensuring they are well-versed in the established processes and procedures.
Operational Excellence:
- Regularly review the efficiency and effectiveness of operations at all root centers and develop improvement plans to optimize supply chain processes.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, or agricultural operations, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- In-depth understanding of cassava cultivation and its supply chain, or a willingness to quickly acquire this knowledge.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use analytical tools to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose effective solutions to procurement challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of quality standards and inspection processes related to agricultural products.
