Master Production Scheduling -Prepare the Master Production Schedule (MPS) -Manage customer orders and firm orders -Analyze sales forecasts -Consider production lead time -Analyze capacity load resource availability -Review on-time delivery performance capability -Plan to handle peak load and prioritize according to company policy Material Requirement Planning -Plan and manage purchasing of raw materials and components -Use ERP/MRPP system to calculate material requirements base on BOM&MPS -Monitor supplier order status and plan inbound scheduling -Ensure sufficient levels of safety stock, minimum stock level and reorder point -Coordinate with the Purchasing team to resolve material shortages or or delays -Work with the QA/QC team to ensure material and finish goods quality Inventory Management -Monitor stock levels of Finished Goods, Work-on-Process and Raw Materials -Balance between stock availability and inventory cost control -Participate in inventory reduction planning and implement Just-In-Time strategies with suppliers Capacity & Load Planning -Monitor line load & capacity of each workstation, SMT line and assembly line -Forecast production capacity trends for the nest 3-6 month -Plan ahead for changes such as line transfers, layout adjustments, or equipment additions -Collaborate with Industrial Engineering to analyze & balance layout New Product Introduction Support -Plan and prepare materials for pilot runs and mass production -Coordinate with R&D, Engineering, and Production to establish NPI times -Update ERP systems -Plan buffer stock for product launches Process Development and Improvement -Collaborate with process improvement teams to reduce waste and increase efficiency -Utilize ERP or MRP II system for planning and job tracking

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Logistic, Industrial Management or related fields.
At least 3-5 years of planning experience (preferably in the electronics industry)
Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Knowledge of ISO, IATF 16949 and Lean Manufacturing is an Advantage
