- Create and implement detailed factory order plans to ensure timely and efficient procurement of goods.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with foreign suppliers, forwarders, and shipping partners to ensure that import processes run smoothly and on time.
- Work with suppliers to negotiate terms, track shipments, and resolve any issues that may arise during the procurement process.
- Report any product damage to the respective suppliers as soon as possible, ensuring accurate and timely communication to resolve issues.
- Keep in touch with the factory in China on a regular basis to coordinate order fulfillment, address production-related issues, and ensure a smooth supply chain.
- Manage and organize all import documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely submission to relevant authorities.
- Keep accurate records of contacts and important import-related information.
- Prepare and organize the information needed for the ordering process, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Handle orders for both domestic and international markets, focusing on simple items to ensure efficient processing and delivery.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree up.
- Have at least 2 years of procurement experience.
- Proficiency in a vessel Chinese (spoken, written, and reading).
- English proficiency is a valuable asset.
- Ability to effectively coordinate with other departments, such as Sales, Stock, and Administration to ensure seamless procurement collaboration
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning new tasks
- Good command in Chinese communicate is must have
