- Monitor repossession and execution process through monitoring performance of team members and outsourced teams in order to achieve departmental and company targets
- Observe exceptional transactions and raise them to superior attention together with proposal on countermeasures.
- Propose initiatives and areas for further improvement.
Comply with internal control and compliance of company regulations. Act as a role model for team members and supervise them to act in accordance with compliance and company rules.
Remark : The Company requires to check and collect criminal record of candidates of this position
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Laws or related field
- Target oriented
- Good people management
- Good knowledge in civil law, criminal law, and other laws which may concerned with leasing business
- Spirit of teamwork and commitment
