QC Supervisor (Raw Material)

รายละเอียดงาน
1.Provide physical and chemical testing on all raw materials and working standard as per material specifications.
2.Assign testing schedule to all reported analyst to provide testing within prescribed lead time or specified target date as target requirement.
3.Directly supervise technician and analysts on raw material sampling and testing.
4.Prepare and revise raw material specifications to be according to latest monographs and compare raw material specification according to new source/new raw material.
5.Verify correctness of data in raw material reports and investigate any abnormalities (if any) and report immediately.
6.Maintenance and follow up calibration of all concerned testing apparatus with in due date.
7.Prepare and compile review validated source of raw materials.
8.Provide and revise standard assay man-hours of raw material.
9.Supervise storage of raw material retained samples, testing documents and monographs.
10.Provide investigation in case out of specification and non conformance of raw material testing.
11.Prepare and revise relevant work instruction and calculation master formula (if any) of raw material.
12.Conduct training and enforce company policies particularly the policy on personnel disciplines, GMP, GLP, PICs, ISO9001, ISO/IEC 17025 and safety.
13.Assigns method validation testing to analyst and responsible to meet target.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Degree in Chemistry
- Experience in QC min 5 years
- have knowledge in GMP
- ISO knowledge
- Good English
