JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
âĒ Responsible for ensuring that the products meet the delivery target with the standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
âĒ Review production plan to identify risks and communicate to management team.
âĒ Plan inventory management technique to avoid any shortages and excesses.
âĒ Track production schedules and make sure that are met by communicating changes to the production team.
âĒ Prepare reports on the status of production, including any delays or problems that may occur.
âĒ Review production reports to identify any potential problems with the product.
âĒ Coordinate with various departments, such as production, engineering, quality control and quality assurance to plan and manage production activities. And monitor and analyze production data, identify and resolve any issues, and prepare reports on the status and performance of production.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related filed.
- At least 8 years of experience in production control or a similar role.
- Experience in medical devices manufacturing or a related industry is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills.
- Able to plan, execute and monitoring the production result and ensure that it meets delivery target and able to coordinate with various departments.
- Good and clear communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) is required.
