รายละเอียดงาน
1.Perform Document tasks for GM including transcribing and proofreading, preparing reports and minutes of meeting, maintaining confidential files and others material essential for use by the president and/or managements/employees. 2.Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese. 3.Translating documents between Thai to Chinese, and Chinese to Thai 4.Interpret in internal and external conferences and meetings. 5.Translate all doc which make GM could understand the contents. 6.Prepare summary of conversations and meeting. 7.Can translate the original meaning between Thai language and Chinese, cannot change the meaning, can only translate the GM meaning to others and others meaning to GM exactly, that very important. 8.Translation in verbal or text in mandarin for the management and Chinese employees. 9.To assist for Visa & Work permit work and supporting letter for making Visa & Work permit 10.Responsibility of Training. 11.Other duties as the immediate boss assignment
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelors in china about 2-4 years or other related about the language or education or translate.
  2. 0-2 years’ experience in Chinese translation or field
  3. Good command of written and spoken English or Chinese
  4. Knowledge of management and Coordination with others as well
  5. Knowledge of working on computers including Word, Excel, Power Point
  6. Good command of written and spoken Chinese
  7. Able to write reports and meeting summaries
  8. Can Improvement and accept new challenges with motivated
  9. Can work under pressure
  10. Need Re-check and make sure can understand the meaning well if anything not clear and translate to each other accordingly
  11. Can write meeting Summary and report
  12. Can drive a car with a driving license
  13. Good attitude with a responsible and committed attitude
