รายละเอียดงาน
1. Manage WMS Group Transport department. (Sriracha, Amata and Lamphun)
2. Manage all site truck fleet to support routine service.
3. Control truck permits validity.
4. Manage transport department to comply with Thai law and customer regulations.
5. Manage WMS asset (truck and containers) by coordination with Maintenance Team.
6. Manage TD CAPEX plan to achieve the approved budget.
7. Manage customer satisfaction on transport quality, late service, on-site service and containers quality.
8. Manage transport department safety to achieve no accident target.
9. Manage to comply with ISO 9001 & 14001 standard system requirement.
10. Manage TD organization personnel recruitment, KPI settings, personnel evaluation.
11. Support and guidance for improvement activities at each site.
12. Any assignment form site managing director.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male, Age 40 year old onward.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Transport management.
- 10 years’work experience as a Transport or Logistic management business.
- Good command of spoken, reading and written English or Japanese.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Good knowledge in Thailand Transport and EHS law and regulations.
- Have computer skills : Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
