This position is an IT site support role for Thailand covering all business units to deliver IT capabilities and operational supports. As a site support, primarily responsible for all aspects of site IT operations, including coordination, implementation, support of infrastructure, network, users, and asset management services. This role will be partnering with SiteOps IT and regional IT to deliver IT capabilities, infrastructure and IT tools supporting Elanco’s site and users. Addition to that, this role is expected to work closely with regional and global Site Support lead to achieve service consistency and service level visibility.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 25-35 years old
- Minimum 2 years IT support experience.
- Experience in site infrastructure support and end user supports environment.
- Able to perform intermediate level of IT infrastructure and equipment troubleshooting.
- Experience in site infrastructure support and end user supports environment.
- Good command of English & Local language (speaking and writing skill is a must).
