4.Organizing and arranging the training of employees' company rules and regulations and job responsibilities.
5.Formulate and implement the company's performance management process to ensure the effective development of employees.
6.Responsible for employee attendance accounting and related follow-up work, responsible for labor contracts, social security, work visas and other work and follow-up procedures.
7.Responsible for employee entry, resignation, job transfer, file management and other work and procedures.
8.Responsible for the daily administrative work of the office.
9.Responsible for cash collection and payment, bank checks and periodic count, cash monthly closing and accounting files management.
10.Responsible for cashflow forecast.
11.Maintain good communication and cooperation with banks.
