รายละเอียดงาน
**Key Responsibilities:**
-Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
-Lead or contribute to product design and development projects, including concept generation, prototyping, and testing.
-Develop the benchmark information to ensure competitive product content
-Manage product launch plan and coordinate with all parties in charge to ensure a successful launch of the product (Enhance BRAND Image and Maximize sale volume)
-Support Training team to develop points of sales materials for training
-Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential issues in product design and manufacturing.
-Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI assessments for new product development initiatives.
-Work closely with quality assurance teams to establish and maintain product quality standards, conducting inspections and testing as needed.
-Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and safety requirements, including emission and crash-test standards.
-Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create product documentation, marketing materials, and sales support.
-Support production teams during the manufacturing phase, addressing design-related issues and making continuous improvements.
-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during product development and production.
-Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions and improvements.
-Participate in cross-functional meetings, communicate project progress, and provide technical guidance to other team members.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai Nationality
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product engineering in the automotive industry, with a deep understanding of automotive product development processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of automotive regulations and safety standards.
- Experience with project management and working in cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a similar job
