รายละเอียดงาน- Welcoming guests and handling all incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries correctly.
- Answering the phone calls and communicate in English language.
- Schedule meeting, arrangement the appointment with client and updating of calendar.
- Organization of company’s documents including delivery, copying of relevant documents.
- Receiving daily mail and post.
- Support admin service and work as a team member.
- Assist management or staff with other administrative duties as requested.
- Reliably handling all tasks as assigned during official business hours (7.00 - 20.00 hrs., 2 shifts)
