รายละเอียดงาน
- Responsible for ensuring the implementation and adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies and regulations within a warehouse and logistics environment. Their primary goal is to minimize risks, prevent accidents, and create a safe and healthy working environment for all employees and visitors
- Developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures specific to warehouse and logistics operations, in compliance with local, regional, and international regulations.
- Conducting regular inspections and audits of the warehouse and logistics facilities to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
- Identifying, evaluating, and mitigating occupational health and safety risks associated with warehouse and logistics activities, such as material handling, MHE operations, storage, and transportation.
- Collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams to develop and deliver comprehensive HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Investigating accidents, incidents, and near-miss events to determine root causes, report findings, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Monitoring and analyzing HSE performance indicators, such as incident rates, near-miss reports, and safety inspections, to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for preventive measures.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable safety regulations, fire codes, and environmental standards within the warehouse and logistics operations.
- Participating in emergency response planning, conducting drills and exercises, and providing guidance on emergency procedures to ensure preparedness for potential incidents.
- Collaborating with external agencies, regulatory bodies, and auditors during HSE inspections, audits, and permit processes.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of HSE-related documentation, such as incident reports, training records, permits, and licenses.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Health, Occupational Health and Safety.
- Total experience 3-5 years with HSE position.
- Experience from Warehouse & Transport safety is preferable.
- Good communication, interpersonal and coordinating skills.
- Creative, fast response and proactive work.
- Understanding and knowledge of regulatory reports and compliances.
- Be able to work at Shopee Sorting Center (Banglee, Samutprakarn).
