รายละเอียดงาน
-Responsible for commissioning, acceptance, maintenance, inspection, technical issue support, and troubleshooting of FTTx equipment (OLT and ONU, etc.).
-Responsible for engineering data collection and archiving.
-Responsible for providing technical training and support to customers, agents, subcontractors, and agents management.
-Collaborate with international engineering representatives of related equipment and network. Collect and provide feedback on equipment and network application information, as well as suggestions for product improvement.
-Collaborate with sales/marketing colleagues to maintain and manage customer relationship satisfaction.
-Perform other responsibilities/tasks as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Major in Telecom, Electrical Engineering, or a related subject. Other majors with similar relevant working experience are also acceptable.
- 1 year or more of experience in commissioning, acceptance, maintenance, inspection, technical issue support, and troubleshooting of FTTx equipment. New graduates are also welcome.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus. (HSK5 or an equivalent level is also acceptable.)
- Strong sense of responsibility and a good team spirit.
