รายละเอียดงาน
- Implement and administer system software, including operating systems (Windows Server, Linux), Active Directory, and other infrastructure services.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing (or collaborate with security professionals) to identify and remediate system weaknesses.
- Monitor system activity for suspicious behavior and investigate potential security incidents.
- Provide technical support to internal users and troubleshoot system-related issues.
- Monitor system health and performance, proactively identify potential problems and take corrective actions to prevent outages.
- Perform system backups, disaster recovery planning, and data protection procedures.
- Collaborate with other Global IT teams to ensure efficient IT operations.
- Supporting project implementation for IT Team.
- Support data to IT Auditing ISO27001 and IT Compliance team.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in System Admin or IT Infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and security concepts.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server administration
- Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V).
- Experience with Windows server, AD, DHCP, DNS and manage complex GPO.
- Experience with O365 Exchange online management.
- Experience with IT Audit ISO27001.
- Experience with vulnerability assessment tools and penetration testing methodologies (a plus)
- Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems (a plus)
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
