รายละเอียดงาน
-Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and understand customer preferences, trends, and competitive landscapes in Thailand.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze user feedback and data to inform product improvements, feature enhancements, and localization efforts for the Thai market.
-Create detailed product requirements and specifications tailored to the preferences and requirements of customers in Thailand.
-Work closely with the product development team to guide the product development process, including feature prioritization and project timelines.
-Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance in Thailand and provide data-driven recommendations for improvements.
-Support product launches in Thailand, offering insights and guidance to marketing and sales teams.
-Analyze the industry and competitor data and develop recommendations for product marketing approach
-Collaborate with the localization team to ensure that product materials are accurately translated into the Thai language, such as Owner Manuals, etc.
-Stay up-to-date with market developments, regulations, cultural nuances, and consumer behaviors in Thailand that may impact product success.
-Analyze user behavior, feedback, and market data to identify opportunities for new product innovations and market expansions in Thailand.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai Nationality
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in a product analysis or related role, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of the Thailand market, consumer behaviors, culture, and localization requirements.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and software.
- Adaptability and a commitment to staying informed about industry trends in the Thailand market.
- Support superior and manager in the requested matters related to job scope, as well as other business units as a data center.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar job
- Proficiency in the Chinese, English, and Thai languages.
