● Handling customer's inquiries/requests/complaints on a daily basis via phone call
● Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
● Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions and complaints
● Communicating and coordinating with related department to get request done
● Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
● Handling customer complaints and report to supervisor
● Support / coordinate with other departments/customers for special tasks up on requested
