1.Market Expansion: Actively engage with potential new customers to expand market presence.
2.Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales plans, analyze market trends, forecast sales, and devise tactics.
3.Customer Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers.
4.Product Promotion: Communicate the features and benefits of products to potential customers.
5.Team Coordination: Manage the sales team's activities, aligning with company goals.
6.Performance Monitoring: Review sales data and team performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
7.Feedback Integration: Utilize customer feedback and market insights for product and strategy development.
8.Interdepartmental Collaboration: Ensure a consistent approach to sales across departments.
9.Training and Development: Identify and address training needs within the team.
10.Compliance and Ethics: Uphold legal and ethical standards in all sales activities.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 中、泰、英文流利。
- Male Female age 30 - 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience, ideally in a similar industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional language skills pertinent to the Asia Pacific market are advantageous.
- Proficiency in software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
