6. Coach, support, supervise, and motivate sales team members to perform their best.
7. Handle customer complaints and concerns.
8. Coordinate with all departments to achieve common goals.
9. Research new products and utilize data to increase sales.
10. Monitor the progress of tasks on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
11. Prepare summary reports and analytical reports for presentation to management.
