The 2D Animation Artist brings 2D art assets to life using Spine software. Role / Responsibilities • Cutting, Rigging and Animating 2D characters and other assets, using Spine software • Paint (on Adobe Photoshop) over 2D characters / assets, whenever needed for the above process • Assist in exporting finished animation into Unity scenes • Ensure style consistency and respond readily to feedback. Change requests should be seen as design challenges • Keep an organised and efficient workflow • Work with other team members to build the look and feel of the game • Assist with miscellaneous development tasks • Be proactive in improving the quality of assigned work • Perform general 2D / 3D art and concept tasks, when needed

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

A portfolio and CV showing relevant experience in the games industry, in a similar role. The portfolio must demonstrate work experience and abilities
Essential software knowledge: Spine (advanced), Photoshop (advanced), Unity (basic to intermediate)
Good understanding of digital painting and drawing
Good understanding of human anatomy
Understanding of game production workflows and pipeline
Understanding of mobile compression settings and techniques, where relevant to the animation and display of 2D assets
Understanding of art fundamentals like focal points, shape language, colour theory
Able to work both collaboratively and independently
Basic communication skills in written English
Degrees or diplomas in Game Development / Design and / or Animation
Work experience and understanding of Live2D software (a Spine alternative)
Work experience with Adobe After Effects
Work experience with VFX assets in Unity
