รายละเอียดงาน
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets.
2. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.
4. Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to provide strategic input and contribute to product development and improvement.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective lead generation and branding strategies.
6. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including sales activities, pipelines, forecasts, and results.
7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies to continually improve the sales process and team performance.
8. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
9. Work closely with the executive team to align sales strategies with overall company objectives and growth plans.
10. Other duties as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a SaaS company, hospitality or related industry.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics and data analysis.
- Strategic thinking and market insight to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluent in English spoken and written
