รายละเอียดงาน
•Conduct the full range of activities required to deliver ongoing training for contact center staff, Training programs include soft skills training, process training, and product training.
•Ensure all class objectives are met according to a pre-defined plan.
•Design and develop training materials and course outlines.
•Conduct evaluation and provide feedback to the staff. Also, develop new programs to meet individual or departmental needs.
•Coordinate with quality assurance and other internal departments to identify new training needs and/or changes to existing training curricula.
•Review and update policy and procedure manuals.
•Assess employee training needs and provide feedback to management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree
- Age not over 40 years
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- At least 6 months of experience in HRD, Project Trainer, or Trainer in Customer Service operations QA
- Strong communication in Thai and English both written and spoken skills
