- Implement process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing ultimate yield and quality, reducing scrap, and minimizing cycle time processes. - Facilitate the transfer of new products, processes, tooling, equipment, and technology as directed by the Supervisor. - Collaborate with other personnel to coordinate process activities. - Generate accurate data, reports, or recommendations for higher management when necessary, with a particular emphasis processes. - Develop subordinates to enhance their knowledge and proficiency in production line techniques. - Perform any other related tasks or assignments as delegated, with a primary focus on processes activities. - Understand control systems to coordinate activities and production planning to ensure that products meet quality standards. - Review process flows and other information to understand methods and activities in manufacturing and services. - Responsible for a failure root cause analysis and undertake corrective action when needed

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Male / Female age not over 35 years
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in IE, ME, EE or related to engineering field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, with a focus on electronic or automotive manufacturing.
Strong technical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement Engineering field.
Solid understanding of quality management systems
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good command of English, able to communicate effectively
Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous tasks
Good attitude, communication, teamwork, and collaboration
Able to work under pressure, good team player, and good coordination skills
Proficiency in Japanese is a plus
