Job description
1. Achievement of department goals, delivery time, yield rate, efficiency, department turnover rate, etc.
2. summarize and report department production and operation data.
3. operation of the department’s quality system.
4. collection, guidance, and summary of performance reports of internal managers of the department.
5. Management personnel training, management echelon building, and ensuring team cohesion.
6. Inter-department coordination and upward management capabilities.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree, More than 8 years of production management experience.
- Experience in managing a team of more than 200 people.
- Have experience in similar industries and be proficient in industry standards and requirements.
- Be familiar with the local cultural environment.
- Be familiar with lean production management and be able to independently complete on-site improvements in the workshop.
- English/Thai Able to communicate in Chinese
