Responsibilities
- Analyze and formulate monthly and annual sales plans based on comprehensive understanding of product details and market trends.
- Evaluate pricing strategies, cost structures, and sales performance across product categories and channels to optimize revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with production teams to develop manufacturing plans and ensure alignment with sales targets, coordinating with factories to optimize production capacity accordingly.
- Gather and analyze product requirements from distributors, ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct regular meetings with factory stakeholders to refine production plans based on evolving sales conditions and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synthesize findings and insights, presenting recommendations to executives and stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.

- Age 32-37 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in marketing and selling electrical products, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry landscape.
- Proficiency in computer programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
