รายละเอียดงาน
1. Assist, Audit claim requested workflow approval and compliance with the law and regulations
2. Support distributor in any claim workflow related problem
3. Check, Calculate total claimed amount monthly
4. Assist, Evaluate claim workflow performance of the submitter
5. Assist, Plan for technicians to follow up the claimed part for inspection
6. Prepare documents and report to Management Weekly and Yearly.
7. Assist and coordinate the Training division for warranty claim training
8. Operate and work with the manager and management assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai Nationality
- Bachelor's degree or above in Administrator or other related.
- Applicant with experience in claim audit and inspection or other related field will be a plus
- Able to communicate in Thai, English, and Chinese proficiently.
- Computer Literacy: Excellence in using Microsoft office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Having basic knowledge of automotive
- Must be patience and detail-oriented
