รายละเอียดงาน
Responsibilities:
- Plan and allocate equipment and manpower efficiently to maximize operational effectiveness.
- Monitor live operations in real-time and promptly address any imbalances in the yard and vessel.
- Review and ensure the availability of equipment and workforce for each shift.
- Coordinate and deploy resources as per the operational plan.
- Supervise and track equipment utilization to maximize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s safety policies.
- Report equipment breakdowns to the Engineering Department and follow up to ensure quick resolution.
-Assign substitute equipment in case of breakdowns.
-Act as a key communication link between operators, planning, and execution teams.
-Motivate and encourage operators to maximize productivity during shifts.
-Communicate any deviations from the initial plan to the operations and planning teams.
-Ensure timely servicing of external hustlers to optimize truck turnaround times for container reception and export deliveries.
- Prepare the next shift’s requirements and allocations within the given deadlines.
- Provide coaching and training for less experienced Yard Controllers.
- Record and monitor equipment utilization.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree in Logistics or any related fields (ปริญญาตรี สาขาการขนส่งและโลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
- Experience within logistics related fields
- Only male (เพศชายเท่านั้น)
- Service minded
- Problem solving abilities
- Good command of English
- Work in shift
