-Responsible for call center operation index monitoring, index achievement improvement enhancement.
-Responsible for optimizing call center operation business process.
-Responsible for optimizing the quality inspection and monitoring method, monitoring the operation quality.
-Responsible for call center system optimization demand collection and assessment.
-Responsible for timely warning and handling of call center emergencies and major problems.
-Complete other tasks assigned by leader.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant fields.
- Over 3 years of experience in customer relation management.
- Positive and proactive learner.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in Chinese
