- Develop a digital marketing strategy, identifying customers and their needs, and monitoring the competition. - Create and manage content for Carrier's media social, database marketing, campaigns, and other forms of digital communication. - Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends. - Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goal(ROI and KPIs) - Collaborates with internal teams to crate campaign, budget, etc.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree or above in Digital Marketing, Digital Innovation, Digital Technologies, E-commerce or related
At least 5 years experience in Digital Marketing or E-commerce
Have direct experience in E-commerce and/or E-marketplace operations and execution. Ex. Shopee, Lazada, other platforms.
Strong for data research and integration including MS Excel pivot data & vlookup data visualization.
Strong for content marketing strategy and social media KPI measurement
Strong for all of the online tools and Ads mindset-targeting strategy.
Experience in developing SEO, SEM, WordPress, CMS Back office
Good knowledge of marketing technology
Good communication skills
Positive and Can-do attitude, Growth mindset, and service minded
